Shipping policy

We normally dispatch any and all of the orders that we have received within 72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout India using our logistic partners Delhivery Ltd.

Depending on the geographic location of the customer it should take about 7 to 15 working days to deliver the product to the customer door, after the first 72 hours have passed.

Shipping times mentioned are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.

Domestic Orders

We charge a flat Fee of INR 150 for your orders and offer Free shipping within India on order value above INR 1000 using standard delivery through our logistics partner Delhivery Ltd unless requested and “paid for Express delivery”  by the customer, in which case charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required, before shipping the order.

Delivery Time, normally: 9am-9pm (IST) during Business Days i.e., Monday to Saturday only.

We appreciate our customers placing orders online during Public Holidays, and we make all the effort but cannot guarantee shipping or deliveries during holidays, but the same may delay delivery.

Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for express shipping requests.

We request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays, especially when holidays occur.

All goods are shipped within 3 working days.

International Orders

We’re happy to offer international shipping for our global customers!

How It Works:

  1. Select Your Products
    Browse and select the products you'd like to order from our store.

  2. Get in Touch
    Once you've finalized your selection, please contact us on support@deodar.in to initiate the international shipping process.

  3. Shipping Charges Calculation
    After receiving your order details, we will carefully weigh and measure the package to determine accurate shipping charges based on destination and total weight.

  4. Payment & Dispatch
    Once shipping charges are confirmed and payment is completed, your order will be packed and dispatched.

  5. Delivery Timeline
    International deliveries typically take 10–15 working days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal services, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

Important Notes:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We currently ship to select countries. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to reach out.

  • All international orders are final sale and non-returnable.
