The Kyoto Table Lamp

A little old-world artistry, in a light of its own.

The Kyoto Table Lamp takes its name from Kyoto, where the intricate oriental paintings we encountered at Nijō Castle left a lasting impression. The delicate interplay of nature, birds and decorative detail is a memory that finds a familiar echo in this lamp's deep black shade, adorned with golden birds and botanical motifs.

The contrast of black ,silver and bronze gives this vintage-inspired table lamp a distinctive character, while its slender stem and stepped base lend the design a clean, architectural silhouette. Decorative without being overly ornate, it brings together the charm of an old-world find and the ease of a piece made for contemporary living.

Style it on a bedside table, a hallway console or a writing desk alongside well-loved books, framed art and collected treasures. By day, it makes a striking decorative accent; by evening, it brings a warm pool of light to a favourite corner.

For homes built around pieces with personality, The Kyoto Table Lamp is a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful things we bring home are not souvenirs, but the impressions that stay with us.
